1. Akzeptanz
Willkommen bei SabrSpace. Diese Nutzungsbedingungen regeln deine Nutzung der App, bereitgestellt von Mohamad Darwish (info@sabrspace.app). Durch Herunterladen oder Nutzen der App akzeptierst du diese Bedingungen. Unter 18 Jahren benötigst du Zustimmung eines Erziehungsberechtigten.
2. Beschreibung des Service
SabrSpace ist eine islamische Lifestyle-App: Gebetszeiten und Qibla, Quran mit Übersetzungen und Audio, Adhan-Benachrichtigungen, Azkar, Gesundheits-Tracking, Arabisch-Lernen, AI-Chat (optional), Gamification, Rezepte- und Heilpflanzen-Datenbank.
3. Lizenz
Wir gewähren dir eine persönliche, nicht-exklusive, nicht-übertragbare, widerrufliche Lizenz zur privaten, nicht-kommerziellen Nutzung. Du darfst die App auf deinen Geräten installieren und Inhalte privat teilen. Du darfst NICHT: die App kopieren, dekompilieren, reverse-engineeren, kommerziell nutzen oder automatisierte Bots einsetzen.
4. Nutzer-Verantwortlichkeiten
Du bist verantwortlich für Geräte-Sicherheit, Backups, Korrektheit deiner Daten, und verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit Share-Inhalten.
5. Geistiges Eigentum
App und Code sind Eigentum von Mohamad Darwish. Quran-Text ist Public Domain. Übersetzungen unter diversen Lizenzen. Audio-Rezitationen lizenziert von Mp3Quran.net, EveryAyah, Archive.org u.a. Hadith aus Sunnah.com.
6. Medizinischer Haftungsausschluss
SabrSpace ist KEIN Medizinprodukt und ersetzt KEINE professionelle medizinische Beratung.
- Konsultiere immer einen Arzt bei größeren Änderungen an Ernährung, Fasten, Medikation
- Bei Notfällen rufe sofort den Notdienst (Deutschland: 112)
- Die Heilpflanzen-Datenbank ist kulturelle Referenz, KEINE Behandlungsempfehlung
- Schwangerschaft, chronische Erkrankungen, Medikamente: Sprich mit Fachpersonal
7. Religiöser Inhalts-Disclaimer
SabrSpace ist KEINE offizielle Fatwa-Quelle und stellt KEINE religiöse Autorität dar.
- Gebetszeiten algorithmisch berechnet — für religiöse Verpflichtungen lokale Moschee-Zeiten konsultieren
- AI-Chat-Antworten können falsche oder theologisch fragwürdige Aussagen enthalten. Verifiziere wichtige Fragen IMMER mit qualifizierten Gelehrten
- Quran-Übersetzungen sind Interpretationen, kein Ersatz für das arabische Original
8. Haftungsbeschränkung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig: App "as is", ohne Gewährleistung. Haftung nur bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, Verletzung von Leben/Körper/Gesundheit, nach ProdHaftG. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit: nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten, beschränkt auf vorhersehbaren, typischen Schaden.
9. Anwendbares Recht
Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, unter Ausschluss UN-Kaufrecht. Verbraucherrechte deines Wohnsitzlandes bleiben unberührt.
10. Streitbeilegung
EU-OS-Plattform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Wir bemühen uns um direkte Lösung per E-Mail.
11. Änderungen
Bei wesentlichen Änderungen Information in der App. Fortgesetzte Nutzung = Zustimmung.

1. Acceptance
Welcome to SabrSpace. These Terms govern your use of the app, provided by Mohamad Darwish (info@sabrspace.app). By using the app, you accept these Terms. Under 18 requires parental consent.
2. Description of Service
SabrSpace is an Islamic lifestyle app: prayer times and Qibla, Quran with translations and audio, Adhan notifications, Azkar, health tracking, Arabic learning, AI chat (optional), gamification, recipe and medicinal herbs database.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for private, non-commercial use. You may install and use the app and share content privately. You MAY NOT: copy, decompile, reverse-engineer the app, use it commercially, or use automated bots.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for device security, backups, accuracy of entered data, and responsible use of shared content.
5. Intellectual Property
App and code are property of Mohamad Darwish. Quran text is public domain. Translations under various licenses. Audio recitations licensed from Mp3Quran.net, EveryAyah, Archive.org, et al. Hadith from Sunnah.com.
6. Medical Disclaimer
SabrSpace is NOT a medical device and does NOT replace professional medical advice.
- Always consult a doctor before major changes to diet, fasting, medication
- In emergencies call emergency services immediately (EU: 112, US: 911)
- The herbs database is a cultural reference, NOT a treatment recommendation
- Pregnancy, chronic illness, medications: Speak with a professional
7. Religious Content Disclaimer
SabrSpace is NOT an official fatwa source and does NOT represent religious authority.
- Prayer times computed algorithmically — for religious obligations consult local mosque times
- AI chat responses may contain incorrect or theologically questionable statements. ALWAYS verify important questions with qualified scholars
- Quran translations are interpretations, not a replacement for the Arabic original
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law: App "as is", no warranty. Liability only for intent and gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, and under product liability law. For slight negligence: only for breach of cardinal duties, limited to foreseeable typical damage.
9. Governing Law
Laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding CISG. Consumer rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
10. Dispute Resolution
EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We strive to resolve via email.
11. Changes
Material changes communicated in the app. Continued use = consent.

1. القبول
أهلاً بك في SabrSpace. تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه استخدامك للتطبيق، المقدّم من محمد درويش (info@sabrspace.app). بتنزيلك أو استخدامك للتطبيق فإنك تقبل هذه الشروط. تحت سن 18 يتطلب موافقة ولي الأمر.
2. وصف الخدمة
SabrSpace هو تطبيق نمط حياة إسلامي: أوقات الصلاة والقبلة، قراءة القرآن، إشعارات الأذان، الأذكار، تتبع الصحة، تعلم العربية، دردشة الذكاء الاصطناعي (اختياري).
3. الترخيص
نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً، غير حصري، غير قابل للتحويل، قابلاً للإلغاء للاستخدام الخاص وغير التجاري.
4. مسؤوليات المستخدم
أنت مسؤول عن أمن الجهاز، النسخ الاحتياطية، دقة البيانات المُدخَلة، والاستخدام المسؤول.
5. إخلاء المسؤولية الطبية
SabrSpace ليس جهازاً طبياً ولا يحل محل الاستشارة الطبية المهنية.
- استشر دائماً طبيباً قبل أي تغييرات كبيرة
- في حالات الطوارئ اتصل بخدمات الطوارئ فوراً
- قاعدة بيانات الأعشاب مرجع ثقافي، وليس توصية علاجية
6. إخلاء مسؤولية المحتوى الديني
SabrSpace ليس مصدراً رسمياً للفتوى ولا يمثل سلطة دينية.
- أوقات الصلاة محسوبة خوارزمياً — استشر أوقات المساجد المحلية
- ردود AI قد تحتوي على معلومات غير صحيحة. تحقق دائماً مع علماء مؤهلين
- ترجمات القرآن هي تفسيرات، وليست بديلاً عن الأصل العربي
7. تحديد المسؤولية
التطبيق "كما هو"، دون ضمان. المسؤولية فقط للنية المتعمدة والإهمال الجسيم.
8. القانون الحاكم
قوانين جمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية، باستثناء CISG.
9. التغييرات
التغييرات الجوهرية تُبلَّغ في التطبيق.
